Puréed Fruited Cottage Cheese


Portion: Approx. 1/2 cup per serving


How to prepare
  1. Purée cottage cheese with milk until smooth.
  2. Add ThickenUp® Clear. Process briefly until mixed, scraping sides of bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into 2-inch deep pan. Hold refrigerated at 41°F (5°C) or below.
  4. Purée fruit until smooth.
  5. Add second amount of ThickenUp® Clear. Process briefly until mixed, scraping sides of bowl.
  6. Spoon fruit mixture over cottage cheese, spreading evenly.
  7. Cover and chill to 41°F (5°C) or below before serving.
